5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive full access to all features for a 7-day trial period. No payment information is required to start the trial.

5.2 Paid Plans

After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription:

• Yearly Plan: Manual payment required once per year
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment for unlimited use

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Coinbase Commerce. We accept cryptocurrency payments including ETH, USDC, and other supported cryptocurrencies. We do not store your payment information.

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to fully utilize the free trial period before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crypto Portfolio Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your portfolio data and transaction information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services:

• CoinGecko: Cryptocurrency price data and market information
• Coinbase Commerce: Payment processing
• Google/X Authentication: Social login services

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate real-time data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, prices, or analytics. Price data is sourced from CoinGecko and may have delays or inaccuracies.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTO PORTFOLIO TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of cryptocurrency investments or trading opportunities
• Service interruptions or data breaches
• Inaccurate data or analytics

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement security measures and regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your portfolio data. We recommend regularly exporting your data using our CSV export feature. We are not liable for any data loss.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Severability
